Pacific Wellness Empowerment

Supporting Humanitarian Services through our NGO.

Who are we?

Pacific Wellness Empowerment is the non-governmental arm of Lumiere , dedicated to promoting wellness across the lifespan within the Pacific region. Officially established in 2023, PWE focuses on addressing urgent health challenges, such as non-communicable diseases (NCDs) and the rising needs of the elderly population.

The organization operates with a mission to provide sustainable health initiatives, telehealth solutions, and training programs in collaboration with Lumiere Health Services. Its objectives include developing strategic plans to address public health priorities, supporting retirement community initiatives, and fostering wellness education and empowerment.

PWE is registered as a legal entity with a governance structure comprising a President, Vice President, and other executive members. The NGO aims to be self-sufficient through fundraising, membership fees, and monetizing health training packages. Headquarters are based in Lautoka, Fiji, with plans for regional outreach and partnerships to maximize its impact.
